Briar 899 had won 7 Swedish Championship.
Silver at the European Championship 2003, double bronze in the European Championship 2005, victory at the Dressage Championship of Aachen 2005.
World Cup victory in the Globe, Stockholm, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, in Neumünster 2006 and in Scandinavium, Gothenburg, 2007 and 2009.
Bronze at the European Championship 2003, team. Briar has participated in 3 Olympics (4th in Hongkong, team).

Briar has participated in 8 World Cup finals, won 7 Swedish Championships, participated in all the great championships (World Championships, European Championships and the Olympic Games). He has competed 10 times in a row in the prestigious Aachen competitions, where he won in 2005.
Briar has 10 approved sons as well as many off-spring and close relatives that compete in the high classes in both jumping and Grand Prix dressage. His son Mentes is approved for breeding in Germany 2010.
Briar is approved for breeding in Hannover, Oldenburg, KWPN and other foreign federations. He has been ranked as the world’s greatest dressage stallion for more or less 8 years in a row and has together with Jan Brink been the most successful dressage couple in Sweden in history as well as Sweden’s most successful couple internationally within all horse sports. No other horse in Sweden has ever been close to these achievements. Briar finished his fantastic career in 2009 in Las Vegas at his eight World Cup finale.
